As any RV owner knows, RVs are great cross country airplanes. Fast and efficient, cross country capability is likely one of the reasons most builders are attracted to them. Despite its diminuitive stature the RV-3 is an excellent cross country machine also. No, there's not room in the cockpit for a cooler with your gourmet lunch and beverages like there is in any of the side-by-side RVs, but all essentials fit nicely: pilot supplies, a bottle of water, and an energy bar for in-flight dining. The baggage compartment behind the pilot's seat is suprisingly large with plenty of room for normal luggage for one. So this page will serve as my travelogue to document some of the trips I've taken in my RV-3, hope you enjoy.
